Party Terms & Conditions
I agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.) I agree to a $150.00 non-refundable deposit required to book my party. The deposit will be applied to the final balance of the party on the day of the party. If the party is cancelled by me, I understand that the deposit is forfeited.
2.) I understand that my party time is limited to an hour and 30 minutes plus 20 minutes for set up. The minimum number of guests to be paid for, regardless of actual attendance, is 8 guests. A final headcount must be provided to Within Spirit within 48 hours of my party. I understand that I am responsible to pay for the number of guests provided in the final headcount, regardless of no shows.
3.) I understand that not all packages include food, paper goods or utensils. I may bring food and beverages to serve during the party. It is my responsibility to inquire about my guests' allergies. Within Spirit will provide a solid colored table cloth for all party packages
I hereby release Within Spirit and its staff from any potential liability. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Within Spirit and its staff for any damages, loss, or injury. Should Within Spirit property be lost or damaged due to the activities of party guests I understand I must reimburse Within Spirit for replacement or repair of said property.
